Only the sky is blue Used to think that when I was two Used to think that when I was with you Floating in a pool of imagery stew Sat in the grass and summer days passed The saturation took over the contrast When I looked up, you went away But eventually I was okay Only the sky is blue When I think of the clouds as pictures of you It was something my teacher said About the little voice in my little head And I thought about it yesterday When I realized that it ran away Logic fails and emotion sings But really I knew all of those things It doesn’t hit you until you’re done And your mind starts floating up into the sun Only the sky is blue When you realize that all you need is you Ohh, the sky is only blue When you realize that all you need is you The sky is only blue if you let it (repeat)

Everywhere she goes She acts like everybody just forgets about her Even if she knows When she turns round, the neighbors always talk about her Everywhere she stays She takes away the room and lets it decay Everywhere she lays, her inspiration stays And I would protest and I would second guess but I don’t think it even matters And I wasn’t so sure and not so long ago but I don’t think I don’t think it even matters Everywhere she walks You watch her dancing through a bowl of corn flakes Every time she talks She dances on my fingers like the finger lakes Everything she says Comes out as words that seem as though they mean a lot Every day I rest Just dreaming in a knot And I would say a word but I’ve been reassured that my words would slowly shatter And I would protest and I would second guess but I don’t think I don’t think it even matters It even matters It even matters It even matters

There was not any point of living ‘Til I saw all that you were giving What’s your name, what’s your name (2x) Your love wraps around me like a flower It haunts my every waking hour All I see are your bluest skies I think about it and I want to die Chorus: No one ever tried to do much after No one ever trid and not much happened No one ever tried to bring much laughter Nothing ever was the same Did you get that letter that I wrote you With all the answers that I owed you In my head, it was in my head I didn’t write it and forgot instead Give me time, give me time to grieve It’s just four letters written on my sleeve [Chorus] If you want, you can tell me your name, you can tell me your name (repeat)

I know you gotta leave and make our money I never know how long a day will last I try to paint your picture in my memory But it don’t always make the time go fast, make the time go fast, make the time go fast Chorus: Yeah, you’re gonna be something You’re gonna be something to believe in Yeah, you’re gonna be somebody You’re gonna be somebody to believe in You’ve been running with the devil and it’s showing It’s showing in your eyes and the way you sleep You talk about the seeds that you’ve been sowing But you’ve got flowers you gotta reap, flowers you gotta reap, flowers you gotta reap [Chorus] What do I do with myself all day? What do I do lying round that way? Why am I lying in bed all day? Just waiting for the day when we can finally get away Waking up early is the thing I’m dreading But I know you have to leave our bed so warm You kiss me on the cheek, say “Baby, stop your fretting” “Won’t you be a good boy ‘til I get home, baby ‘til I get home, then I’ll love you all night long” [Chorus x2]

I. Daytime/Nighttime I wish you would get up with me at 6am and watch The Simpsons Nothing better than a nighttime show in a daytime world I wish you would stay up with me ‘til 2am and watch The Today Show Nothing better than a talk show host in a nighttime life Well, the daytime world and the nighttime clash and I’m amazed to find you listening Cause it’s a hard time comin’ when you want some English tea and I want beer Just hear me out when I tell you the advantages of the nighttime life But it’s the daytime when the sun comes out and the rain comes out at night I wish you would get up with me at 5am and watch the sun rise A lot better than staring at the screen and straining your eyes I wish you would stay up with me till 8pm and watch the sun set Somethin’ ‘bout goin’ dark gets me sleepy at night Cause it’s a daytime world in a nighttime life and I’m amazed to find you sleeping Just get up now and we could do some things that we usually do together It’s 8am and we could do everything and we could be outside forever But it’s a hard consolation when you can’t see my elation for the simple things like weather And it’s a hard time comin’ when I open my eyes and you don’t wanna see the light Let’s not fight, it’s fine, the sun’s out now and the rain comes out at night Lead vocal: Eli Backing vocals: Nelson Lyrics: Eli Moore Music: Eli & Nelson II. Daytime Blues Well that sun beatin’ down on me, feels like a fever dream Darkness through my window, best sight I ever did see Chorus: You know I got them daytime blues I don’t want that sun to shine When I get back to my bedroom I’m gonna stay up all damn night Well I stayed up all night long just to hear that old bird song But just as it was starting, Some Asshole went and turned the lights on Chorus Now you’ve been waiting for the morning to come But I’ve been working all night til a drink of rum And I feel the heat of that burning sun Brush against my head just like a loaded gun Sun shining through my window Birds singing in the daylight Please darling, turn the lights low And let me sleep till the moonlight Now the one thing that always troubled me down to my cold black soul That I won’t be around to see the sun get swallowed by a big black hole Chorus There ain’t nothing that I can’t see If only the sun wouldn’t stare at me There ain’t nothing that I can’t dream If I wasn’t distracted by a sunny beam Sun shining through my window Birds singing in the daylight Please darling, turn the lights low And let me sleep till the moonlight (Guitar solo) Sun shining through my window Birds singing in the daylight Please darling, turn the lights low And let me sleep till the moonlight Lead vocal: Nelson (Eli at the end) Lyrics: Nelson & Eli Moore & Tyler Bosley Music: Tyler Bosley & Eli Moore III. Moonlight Wordless vocals: Eli & Edward Music: Edward Morris & Eli Moore IV. Look at the Sky (It’s All There) The sky is only blue if you let it But I don’t wanna die just lookin’ at the sky Look at the waves, the floating caves Look at the trees and ride the breeze Look in your eyes, the wind is nice Look at the sky, it’s floating by Look in the air, it’s always there Look at the sky, it’s floating by Look on the wings, those pretty things Look at the sky, it’s floating by All I do is speak to you All you do is let me through Daylight brings the silent walkers Nighttime brings the silent talkers (repeat once) And it’s all there It’s already there In the streams beneath the mountains In the streets beneath the mountains Lead vocal: Eli and Nelson Music & Lyrics: Eli Moore

Born out of Louisville, Kansas Raised in a house in the mines Torn out of Tennessee day camp Saved by the trees and the vines Saved by the trees and the vines He grew up around some nature Left to see the city of lights Came full circle in a daydream And now he’s just flyin a kite And now he’s just flyin a kite Chorus: But I know that no matter what you do You can’t beat forest green It’s the color that you see when the time is right for you to peak He met his buddy there, Buick He lives in a little sedan He met his buddy there, Oscar He lives in a garbage can He met his buddy there, Roswell He lives in a UFO He met his buddy there, Lindy He lives, well, I don’t know [Chorus] Well he was raised in a house in the mines And he was found in a house of blue lights (repeat)

Limelight 05:40
I know that I can’t be alone I need someone at home when I’m with you I see that you can’t let me down I just want you around, it’s an issue I don’t care If you know where I am at all times, baby I know where The keys to your own house reside When your friends come around I’ll act as if I’m proud Chorus: And it could be a limelight for you baby And it could be a good time for me too And you could be a big star for me baby And it could be a good life for you too I could be inside the circle Inside the light As long as it’s not too tight I hear that the message is clear I’ve got nothing to fear theoretically I hear that you want me to crack So I’ll hide in the back imperceptibly On my own The things that I’ve been shown Have come back willingly Let me in It’s a shame and it’s a sin But with the things that I’ve been told I’ve accepted all my roles [chorus] [2nd pre-chorus] [chorus]

Running in for my love today Keeping me on my toes today Sorry I don't have much to say Gotta do more for you to stay Smokin' on the road Silence overflowed Taking time as it comes but it's not too kind Sailing on a doubt All the lights are out Maybe all the words I say will someday be mine [Chorus] Solitude begins It's how the world ends Selling crafts in the streets is not too unique Vouching for my love With many islands of Overcast dreams that seem to cloud up the peak [Chorus twice]

Annabel Lee 06:33
Crazy girl, don’t you run away from me Everything will work out fine if you come back to our castle by the sea Funny girl, she loved to dance to the sea Lie down soaking wet, and sink into the sand right next to me Bridge: And I keep on thinking why the hell did you decide to be with me But I know you’ve made your mind up and it wouldn’t do to disagree So I just thank the universe for all it’s given me Crazy girl, why’d you ever try to roam Into the cold black night, too far to come back to my arms safe and warm Jealous man, I will forever be The sea took you away, took away my love, Annabel Lee [Bridge]

Stoned policemen in the concert hall, can’t find their way in or out Too many people instigating, too little room to move about I started leaning on the man next to me, he was looking pretty scared He said “What can I do for you, son?”, I said “I don’t really care.” I might like another cup of coffee, I’ve been too long on the sauce The woman behind me handed me a whisky glass, I said “That’s a mighty loss!” That’s when I got this vision from the smoke inside the theater hall And right then, that’s when a fire broke out from under one of the bathroom stalls. Chorus: And I said “Woah-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh-oh, I’m gonna lose my head” (repeat) People start running through the cold black night, screaming shadows trailing blood red Some of em got bad frostbite, some of em just dropped dead Ice growing, rocks a-throwin, a riot broke out in the town No time to think about what I just saw, while we tried to calm everybody down Cars colliding, bodies crowding, traffic filling up the streets Somebody called the cops but it didn’t help nothing, people started choking in the heat It didn’t hit me ‘til that night, I lay in my bed, and started having awful dreams My whole life flashed before my eyes and I began to scream [Chorus]

White Sands 13:00
Little Boy and Fat Man lay out on the sand While the big boy, big man wipes the blood from his hands He got smiles, he got grins, he got feverish chills He got doom, he got death, he got dollar bills Blinding light scours your eyes Images never leave your mind What it is, what it’s not, please get it confused You won’t even realize your being used Chorus: Well, you won’t last long with blood on your hands No, you won’t last long (yeahhhh) on the White Sands You've been tripping for ages on your mushroom cloud The secret is done, you can say it out loud Two cities were lively before the mad sound But shadows and skeletons are all that we found A wise man said “I am become death” But the wise man didn’t have an appetite for the flesh The desert TV is the Trinity brand And the big man wipes all the facts from his hands You can buy your own island, you can build your own lair You can shield your poor eyes, you can look out and stare You snicker and kill and you will not be knocked Cause Pandora’s box can no longer be locked [Chorus]
